I've got three more confirmed countermeasure cases. One, a test I did during 2002 - a preconviction PCSOT case - involving an offender who put a alarm clock/video camera in his daughter's bedroom. I was reported the countermeasures at the time, but he would not admit it. He apparently stuck to his lies about the clock/camera until threatened with a revocation some time last year. This week, he discussed his use of countermeasures with me, during 2002.
Another case involving a pedophile who is awaiting sentencing. It seems another inmate put a bug in his ear about curling one's toes during the test. His discussed, and demonstrated, his behaviors for me after the test.
And another social services case, that was just filed with the criminal court. The subject had passed a previous polygraph, but social services wanted the guy retested. Good thing too, because the subject was using CMs. The subject's attorney confirmed for me that the subject's wife had read all about the polygraph and countermeasures.
I'll make the data available soon.
I still can't think of any countermeasure test which would have appeared to score truthful and clean, except for the CM sensor.
If anyone has such a test, it would be very interesting for people to see.
